Review
Luke gives a fast talking, high octane performance – and the one I attended was in a difficult hot Underbelly venue. By the end of the show the audience was melting... Luke's performance was well crafted without looking like that.  His poems were well observed comments on all manner of things... he’s a really charismatic performer and engages well with the audience.

Luke is a successful performer and poet and now appears regularly on Radio 4.  his show was described as a ‘thigh-slapping acerbic wordplay and bawdy bar room ballads as Wright introduces you to a cast of politicians and boozy ne'er-do-wells. ‘  it was all that and more, really well observed writing and performed with energy and style.
